keeps calling no one there

Said they could lower interest rate on Credit cards.

I am getting calls from this no. since last few days, either it is a missed call or if I pick up the phone, nobody speaks from the other side. Why the telephone service providers cannot take any action against this type of callers?

These people have called me at work saying if I don't call back within 3 hrs. I will be served. told them to stop calling at work. they have my address and my phone number and they have been calling everyone and there brother looking for me. They have yet to send me anything by mail to validate what they are harassing me for.

It's a scam call that tries to get a hold of your credit card info by telling you you're receiving magazines and paying monthly for the subscription and they need to "verify" your credit card info.

They call and ask for you by name, then hang up. No idea what the call is about. When you call the number back it just rings twice and disconnects.
